I had never heard of this supplement before, so in the interest of trying new things, I signed up to review this one. Here is what the product claims:

So I have been taking this product for nearly 2 weeks. I am constantly suffering from eczema and thin breaking hair & nails. So this product should be perfect for me. I can honestly say that my eczema has gotten quite a bit better although it's not completely gone, but the redness has been reduced, not as itchy, and nowhere as near noticeable. So I would say it helped there. Now onto thin breaking hair, no luck, no change there, my nails on the other hand (no pun intended) are longer and stronger, it seems to be all going there.
